Hello, I’m Matthew Brown, chef and founder of M Brown Catering.
For me, food has always been about bringing people together. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, family gathering or large community event, I genuinely love creating food that people enjoy and remember.
Over the years, I’ve catered all kinds of occasions – from intimate dinner parties and relaxed BBQs to weddings, funerals and large-scale events. No matter the size of the event, my aim is always the same: to help people feel looked after, comfortable and able to fully enjoy the occasion.
Clients often tell me it’s not just the food they value, but the atmosphere and experience that comes with it. I pride myself on being approachable, easy to work with and helping the whole process feel relaxed and stress-free from start to finish.
